The Calcutta High Court was strictly dealing with the case and it is strangely why the SC had to step in, is it to dilute the case and let the accused free on bail? As per trackrecord of previous many corruption cases of West Bengal, we have seen SC doing nothing substancial, mostly favouring the head of State CM. I am not happy with this development because High Court is atleast grilling the govt lawyer, criticising Kolkata Police and West Bengal govt but about SC I do not know, it will become decade long case with no outcome. That is a greater possibility.
