He's lying. His twin is the one cooking. He's been locked in the basement doing voice-overs for him.

I love your videos!
They are so chill and nice and you just give off the best vibes ever!
Also nice to see the behind the scenes of the restaurants and cafes and stuff
And the growth is so nice to see!

Love the double captions, respect for extra effort. Not bad source for learning more French too

I struggle with “asked” too … I think I just end up saying “assed” 😅

@realchefthomson use lemon juice and than leave it on the flat stove for 5-8 mins and than scrape the flat top than put hot water on the flat top. “Make sure to use a rag when cleaning the flat top”.

The loop into you saying "asKed" was wild, hehe.

If you don't make mistakes it's because you're not trying. The trick is to learn from your mistakes and not to repeat them. Always make new and interesting mistakes instead!!

When I was in grade 3/4, I used to say "axed" rather than "asked." So, to break the habit, my teacher at the time did an over exaggerated axe gesture, essentially to humiliate us to break that habit. I think it worked...

Just a question but why are you putting french subtitles? Est-ce que c'est parce que tu viens du Québec?

Do you write scripts or kinda just do it off the top of your head? I can say if I were to record voiceovers for my job and didn’t have a script, I’d end up going on so many tangents that I’d forget what the original topic was.

This is really just a public speaking issue. Tons of people aren’t cut out for broadcasting. Social media has misled people into thinking they’re just as talented as people on cable TV. 😂

why do you put on your watch backwards?

Brother this is not me talking shit at all but has anyone ever told you that in your videos at least, you sound a lot like Patrick Bateman!?! 😂 like this whole kitchen may actually just be in your mind!

The asked issue is cause of French....tooke year to stop pronouncing school as sh-khool 😭

just say assed instead of asked. In the context and with maybe a bit different pronounciation, no one will notice

Go work in bigger kitchens. With at least two or 3 lines. You will learn more. I think you can do better. I have worked with million dollar chefs. Good cooks. But few of them are good for consistency in line production. Line cooks are the work horses. Plates after plates. Hour after hour. The real cooks. Every dish, is a private dish. For a customer. In America, if a plate isn't full, it is a fail really.
