512x768 to 1024x1536 is not a 4K upscale, you have the Ultimate SD Upscaler set to upscale_by 2.0, so that makes the image a x2 upscale which is still not even 2K resolution which is 2048x1080 or the more common 1920x1080. If you are going to teach people, be mindful to teach them with correct information.
