How enable TRIM SSD? What is it? How to disable trim command?

TRIM is Windows setting for SSD which can speed up ssd, prolong it`s life. And at the same time, because of it, the recovery of deleted files will not work. Learn how to enable trim ssd, how to disable trim ssd, and what is trim ssd anyway? It works for windows 10, windows 11, windows 8

Windows 10 recognizes SSD drives from the HHD's and trims the SSD drive on a weekly basis with no Power shell. Just go to "defragment and optimize drives" to see "scheduled optimization".

in my cmd is says =0 (deactivated) ...you say 0= activated....did this change?
