I use fringe on a lot of my knit and crochet project.

I was wondering if there is an easier way to make and add the fringes.

I cut the first length usually 14 inches and then take that one and holding the beginning and ending of yarn ball. I keep cutting until I am finished with each set I need to cut. For this poncho that’s 48 sets.
