This is the album that got me into rock music when I was 13. I consider this album my favorite of all time. The entire album is a masterpiece. Every song is unique.

Speaking of trances, In Trance is one of my favorites. It's a few years earlier than this album. Off this album, The Zoo is great and also Lady Starlight is possibly their greatest ballad ever imo.

Saw Scorpions twice back in the day, and they are absolutely one of the best live bands I’ve ever seen!🤘🏻

Love it! Very dark song and some epic guitar tones. This album never gets enough loving. Another great song from it is "Don't Make No Promises (Your Body Can't Keep)". Another great (even older) track is "Dark Lady"

Off this album I would recommend Make it real and most also highly recommend Lady starlight .Also check out older stuff like Virgin killer and In Trance. Both excellent albums

I’m not a huge scorpions fan but I really liked this album. I bought it when it first came out. I was in the fifth grade. I had an older sister and she was always ahead of the curve. The lead singer hits notes on this album that I haven’t heard on other albums.

I discovered the Scorps in 1980 when they opened for Ted Nugent at the Oakland Arena. They were touring this album, and I had no idea who they were until this night! I loved Uncle Ted (and still do), but had seen Nugent a couple times before this concert. Needless to say, I was completely blown away by the Scorpions. Imagine this song along with The Zoo, Lovedrive, Holiday, and many other older classics as a first-time witness to this band. Unbelievable show. I went to a ton of concerts between 1976 and 1984, and this one is still absolutely at the top of the list!

Bro!! OMG you are reacting to one of the best songs of the best scorpions album! I HIGHLY SUGGEST you listen to this album in its entirety. It is OUTSTANDING! It is one of those albums that is a must own! I remember back in 1980 the Scorpions were promoting this album and toured with Ted Nugent. They blew the place apart. PLEASE MR. Listening to this now, as an adult, I wonder what this did to my 13 year old self. I remember when this album came out. It felt like a drug then. It still feels like a drug. This is haunting and seductive. Thank you for reacting to it.

2022-2023 is my 40th year with this cassette. Yeah, kids we listened to little plastic tapes we put in portable tape decks. This is when T-Rex roamed the planet. lol

Scorps! 1 of my top 5 favorite bands. They are awesome. So many great ballads, great rock songs, etc.... Blackout is tough album to beat. Every song kills it!
