Separate yourself at from the rest at work by learning some business appropriate ways of saying ‘I don’t know’.

✅ Sound more fluent

From a clients perspective we don’t want to hear workers say they don’t know things so it’s important to try and phrase your sentences in a way that give off the right message, it’s important to sound knowledgeable and trustworthy

In this video you will learn both FORMAL and INFORMAL ways to say I don’t know, they are as follows:

✅ I want to be sure that the information I give you is correct - let me check for you.
✅ That’s a really good question - let me find out for you.
✅ Let me look that up for you.
✅ There are several possible answers - can you give me more information please?
✅ I will find out and let you know.
✅ I ll get back to you on that one once I have the answer
✅ It could be one of many possibilities, let me look into that for you.
✅ Please let me ask a colleague who specialises in this area and I will contact you again later.
✅ I’m going to investigate that for you
✅ Let me look into that for you
✅Let me check

🔴 Informal
✅ I’m not sure (I’m not 100% sure)
✅ Dunno
✅ Beats me
✅ I have no idea
✅ I have no clue
✅ I haven’t got the faintest idea
✅ It’s a mystery to me
✅ It’s beyond me
✅ I’ve been thinking the same thing!
