You have "2 pass scene Rendering" and "2 pass Lightning" enabled.
The 2 here means Double, so this means your using stage 2 of it which takes more GPU performance!
For better results turn them off? As you say yourself?

Has no Issues with 3080 Ti @Max Settings to Hold 144 fps ;)

Dude I just jumped back into the game and my frames seem low, like barley topping 60 and I have to put the lighting quality on low. Running a 1080 and 6 core processor

On your last step (graphic settings), you selected the Hunt Showdown TEST SERVER.exe insted of the Hunt Showdown.exe is this correct? I always launched the game from the last one mentioned. Was I always wrong? please let me know. Thank you!
