Just a tip for whoever doesn’t have this cup but still wants to make slushy at home you can just get a plastic bag, then put ice cubes in it with a pinch of salt you can put as much as ice as you want (size of the slushee) then you get your drink pour it in the bag of ice and crush them together until it is the desired consistency

Can I just say that I have a slushy maker at home. The exact same as that and first of all, you're meant to leave it in the freezer for around 5 hours. Then you pour the liquid in, then you start squishing it and there's normally a line of how much liquid you should add in there. Also the spoon bit has a hole at the bottom so you can even drink through the spoon bit, you just don't get as much ice in the straw Also it's not magic. It's just freezing water and you can take the lid off. You don't have to keep it on.
