Hour glass traffic lights are secondary, there is something called a "need traffic light" close to where I live, basically, it notices when a car is coming towards it, checks every road, then turns green for the car that is closest and let's everything that's coming from that side go through, then instantly switches to the other side with the next closest car, basically no waiting time, it's genius

The hour glass traffic light doesn't work because the colors won't look different to color blind people. The three dots system ensures that the insbility to distinguish colors doesn't prevent safe driving.

Yes there are many dog toys that clean their teeth. Even have dog toothpaste.

-Racing on the streets would be alot more common
-the rgb's would be very expensive for common use
-they're alot harder to see from further away
