I don't have a problem with not getting a job but I do have a problem when you apply for a job and are well qualified but you see other people doing that job but don't do it correctly

Who matters is the perspective applicant, not the lawyer. I really can't have any sympathy for hiring manager's who won't open up to reasons you weren't given the job. More than likely, they're hiding something thus why they feel the obligation to call and hire a employment lawyer. It is people who need the job who come first, welfare of the business second.

The reason is heavily rooted in women like captain sleeveless here. Instead of speaking directly to someone that matters at the company, you get stuck with a useless HR rep that prob looks and sounds exactly like her. And loves to make online lists like "top 5 reasons you didn't get the job" and puts something stupid and obvious like "spelling errors on your resume" on the list.

Maybe you're too tall, have the wrong skintone, the wrong smartphone, overqualified, the wrong zodiac sign, the wrong marital staus, a PS4 when they use Xbox, a Macbook, you drove up in a non luxury car, I could go on and on.

All I know is, If you're not first, you're last. How does one get better if the problem isn't identified?

Providing you can even get in touch with a hiring manager

there is too many unemployed people applying for the job, there is a high rate of job seeking employees out there and employers know what they're in for so they hire the one who is the best candidate who has the greatest qualities and has the most experience, knowledge and skills to become fitted for the job. because of our economy and our job market, managers can only squeeze in very few people on the job and it's just hard out there to get any job anywhere in this chaotic world.

This is the free-market. Private business shouldn't have to ever give any reason why they see someone more fit for the job.
