Wow, 17 years ago! I remember working at a popular large electronics store the day after the original iPhone was released. A wealthy customer had one and was walking around, drawing attention from everyone. People were "ooohing" and "aaahing" around him. It's true that the iPhone no longer has that same effect today.

I still use my iPhone for basic tasks: communication, productivity, taking photos, payments and audio streaming. That’s it. Companies like Apple, Google, Samsung, Facebook wants you to think that your phones are the most important thing in your life, but in reallity those are just phones. People tend to exaggerate the importance of modern smartphones.

Respect to the iPhone 1. It blew everyone away back then. Brilliant touchscreen with rubber banding, plays videos in widescreen, played your music with cover flow. Nothing came close. Still watch the iPhone launch event now and again. Steve Jobs was a master on stage.

When you searched for iPhones it felt weird to see the iPhone 16 displayed on that almost 20 year old LCD screen. Makes you think about how a screen can really show anything that has happened, is happening and will ever happen if the pixels are arranged in the right order 🤯

i feel very legendary to be born in 2007, iphones have come a far long way. I am getting my first iphone this december for my christmas present to myself, im gonna get the 16 pro and try out photography, Thank you for posting this very interesting video.
