This was very helpful! One tip with body types, please use a measuring tape to figure it out, don't depend on what you see in the mirror. For years I saw and dressed for a triangle 🔺️ body type. This year I discovered the measuring tape says I'm a classic hourglass ⌛ type! (I don't see that in the mirror). Dressing for my correct body type has made all the difference in my appearance. It's life changing!
