I like that the actual final conflict between Tanjiro and Musan wasn't a big battle, but more something like resisting temptation in various forms. It makes Musan seem more demon-like--a tempter who gains power and control through guile and deceit.

ik this is just me, but i prefer tanjiro as his sweet lovable self rather than his demon version

I think this story was given its full breath. Personally, I really loved the tale even the end. I think any more might have made it unnecessarily long. I think sometimes you have to know when to stop. This wasn't muzan's story no matter how interesting he was it was Tanjiro's. Doing more I think would cloud the story. If we get another tale i'd rather it be about a wholly different person from a different time.
