Good vid malc. You can do the same trick with a tin. Wrap it outside with black tape, clingfilm over it and a rubber band around the outside to hold it in place. Put a stone in the centre to weight it. Dig a small hole in the ground and leave it in the sun and you get the same effect.
Loved the vid though mate. Nice one mate.

Great video. I'm totally adding a freezer bag to my edc. I always keep zip locks in my car, but I haven't got one on my person.

Dont forget to add that this method is not very effective using any evergreen/pine because by the nature of these they hold onto there water in all seasons and dont readily release it this way!!

It’s transpiration, not condensation. The process pulls water from the plants not the air.

Salt or brackish water can be used instead of vegetation, where available. Damp wood from ground can also be used, or damp earth dug from under surface.

Very cool. Sticks in ground are always useful from fire to shelter and even water :D( great tip btw man) I carry bags with me all the time... Now with mylar or reflective blankets, you can redirect more heat/sunlight in. Similar to any greenhouse or solar cooking methods. White could help too( not quite as well) Setup up as many as you can. Sit and conserve water.
