Frostbite is a little better than some people might think. 1.06 x 1.04 x 1.02 = 1.124 times as much damage (a 12.4% damage increase).

Old video but frostbite is pretty fun while leveling in blackwood on Magicka necromancer. So many frost abilities.

Im really not excited for the elemental catalyst buff, or saxheel champion. Yay, more and easier access to crit damage so crit is even MORE of the meta, and all the builds we see will be “mother’s sorrow and medusa” or mechanical acuity. Stamina will still have relequin, and then a crit set. Unless the proc sets swing in pve like on that funky and fun skinny cheeks build, crit is going to be the most over tuned stat in the game (and it already is this patch)

I have two questions hopefully someone can answer.

The max CP level for chars is 3600 but the max level CP for armor is 160, right? Does that mean if passed 160 CP for chars, you can really focus on getting end game armor sets?

2nd question: is it possible to have two armor sets with both having 5/5 pieces (including jewelry) and have a monster helm & shoulder?

Either Nefas or Alcast was saying you can just run horn with saxheel and bank the horn until the proc runs out, so horn is up during the proc downtime, which opens up another ult slot or two for other buffs.

Only one of the sets shown here even remotely affects stamina dps... As someone who genuinely hates playing magicka dps, I'm very disappointed.
