Suggestion: Add powerplants, powerplants will generate a certain amount of all types of supplies other than goldboxes every time frame for free. However, only make this available to players in a higher rank because that is when supplies are used more. Players can also upgrade the powerplants like how they upgrade their turrets and hulls.
