what they need to change is railgun, look at how popular it is. The only problem im having with it is its infinite range which i find to be OP with how much it has in vertical aim. Compared to Vulcan which is a longrange weapon, it doesnt have that high of a vertical aim you constantly have to adjust to keep your bullets on target. Either they increase that or make railguns shot curve at Vulcans max range.

tank you should change the weapons but if you make everything equal people will just buy the cheapest m3 or something. I think you should change the weapons depending on how much crystals they cost.
If a weapon is fully micro upgraded however it should be equal to any other micro upgraded gun

I think that the game will be better with everyday spin in a game like in 8 Ball Pool. This will be more interesting for players.
I think that crystals will still have to drop, because you can have a feeling when getting crystals in the game, than just adding them to the battle found. I hope my ideas will come true.
