hey mate would you happen to know if we can now im 2021 install .exe files on surface rt windows 8.1 as i have had this thing sitting for years catching dust because of this silly feature. really want to be able to install basic apps like chrome, itunes, filezilla, firefox, ms office 2019, and adobe photoshop.
