How To Change WordPress Max Upload Size with PHP (no plugin)

In my case, I'm using the All-in-One WP Migration plugin which requires me to upload a file that's larger than the limit fo 16MB. In the video, I show you how to increase the PHP max upload limit to 1GB, but you can pretty much change it to any size you want.

* upload_max_filesize
* post_max_size

It will change the setting globally. How would you change it for a specific wordpress-app?

Hey Tony! Great tutorials! I increased the upload file size, but for some reason, it's still giving me an error when I try to upload a 2.7MB theme. Under Media/Add New, the Max Upload file size is 1GB.
