I'm one of the few people who started this and is currently still drinking loads of water a day. How? Idk, you get used to it. I have noticed though that my body actually now recognises thirst (people often mistake thirst for hunger - I know it sounds stupid but it's true). My skin still looks like sh*t though and I haven't lost any weight but at least I feel better.

I don't drink soda or juice, just some coffee in the morning can water all day. I find that having a measured glass with tick marks on the side and a straw helps me get the water down more often.

I drink anywhere from 80 to 100-ish oz a day. For me its easier to do from a bottle I reuse, or a mug with a straw. Its also generally flavored. If I get less than my minimum, my lips get chapped and crack, my skin itches, my eyes are baggy and sunken, my kidneys get mad, I gain weight and it takes roughly a week for my body to play catch up if I go several days without what I need. I drink more when I exercise and sweat so that's when the 100-ish oz comes in.

I don't believe that everyone has to drink 8 8oz glasses of water daily, not everyone is the same. I believe that the amount of water a person should drink varies from person to person.

Nobody actually needs to drink 8 glasses a day, but it's good for you that's why people recommend it. I drink a gallon a day because I do weightlifting and it keeps my acne at bay. Everyone I know that has like no acne says that all they drink is water.

You don’t have to have 8 glasses a day, but it’s really good for you you don’t have to but you should if you do you will feel a difference not only look a difference 👍

I just came off one of those ridiculous ~~cleanses~~ that I don't believe in, and while I do feel better I was drinking a LOT of water! I found I lost quite a lot of weight but I sip, I can't down water. Glad you tried it out though! And glad you didn't drown :)

Whenever I work out heavily or am dieting I drink about 110 oz. of water a day, but on a normal day I try and drink about 60-80 oz. depending on my activity level for the day. I've noticed it makes my skin clearer and my hair and nails look better, too, the more I hydrate.

I do drink water regularly but I've tried to cut soda and redbull out of my diet and replace it with water but I can't!!! I wish I could but I do not have the willpower!!!

I drink lots of water. I have a 500ml bottle when i wake up and go to bed, i drink at least 3 botles in the day along with any aditinol drinks i have. I always make sure i drin water frequently when dancing or exercising.

I have that water bottle, it actually holds two cups, which means if you drank eight full bottles, you probably drank around sixteen glasses a day

I get most of my water from moisture in food, I've only recently started keeping a water bottle in my room.
