I still don't have my southwest suitcase from December 24th. It is in Baltimore and I am in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It's been 17 days.

1. Southwest needs to use Salesforce as their new software CRM. 2. There is a very real pilot shortage going on. I guess people are oblivious.

Takes months to get refund from airlines. It's not instantaneous.
