GIANT BAT CAPTURED, WHAT IS IT?

Giant Bat Captured. A gargantuan bat appears to have been caught by military personnel in the Philippines. If real, this is probably some species of megabat, referred to as a flying fox. These bats can have wingspans close to 6 feet wide.

- Incredibly rare and resembles the likes of a fairy tale creature
- Completely harmless to human beings (should they not be vile and eat them, in which case they deserve to get sick, not referencing anything in particular *cough* coronavirus pandemic *cough*)
- Sleeps during the day in forests way up in the trees not bothering anyone
- Pollenates fruit that humans and other wildlife can eat
