Stomach Flu is infection of the stomach. It can be because of virus, bacteria or some chemicals also. The symptoms are abdominal pain nausea, vomiting sensation and sometimes they can come with severe abdominal discomfort. We give them tablets to reduce the acidity. The second one is the treatment directed to the cause. If it is bacteria then we give antibiotics.

Best treatment to intestinal infection is first clean stomach with laxative drink coconut water, probiotic s, curd and simultaneously use antibiotic s, i suffered one year with abdominal infection but ct scan xray usb blood, endoscopy all are normal by using probiotics i solved my problem
