How'd you like Balakot? Would you try that Chapli Kebab?
The journey continues all the way to the China border, through Skardu, and back to India too!

I have spent my childhood in Balakot. In 2005, it was hit by a major earthquake and after that all what you see is built new.
You should go to Naran, Batakundi and lake Dudipatsar.
Cheers

It’s about the best to find about travelling on the tube. Much more credibility by motorcycling, makes if more core travelling. And one of the best things, you du it with respect and also realism. Good balanced. Enjoy this day, and days to come. It’s wintertime in Norway, so waiting for more content.

Balakot is gateway to The Kaghan Valley! Sadly the town was badly hit by the October 2005 earthquake which resulted in great loss of life and property. If you could visit, as a mark of respect, the School there where a whole building collapsed with the school kids inside!
BTW, majority of the people speak " Hindko " language!

I am from Malaysia, and I've only tasted chapli kebab once here at a tablighi jamaat area in Sri Petaling. It is out of this world, it is juicy, fatty, springy and seasoned with spice nicely. Its just a hamburger patty, but its not!!!! I cant imagine what the original chapli taste like in Pakistan.

Hello Karl. In 2005, 7.6 earthquake hit Balakot, killing over 80, 000 people. There was massive damages. I visited the place after the earthquake and visited people living in the tents. There were hardly any standing structures. I was suprised to see how much it grew today. Love to watch your vlogs from US.

Always loved your channel, and being in finance myself I feel the need to speak my thoughts about what you've noticed in Pakistan. This is interesting because it is happening all over the world. With the USD being the world's reserve currency, when the US Federal Reserve raised interest rates so fast and so rapid while also performing quantitative tightening (pulling liquidity from the system), it has made USD much, much more difficult to obtain. In return it causes other currencies to completely collapse. We also just saw this in Japan last week.
