With all of the restaurant restrictions, I know it has been super difficult for restaurants to keep their heads above water. So I got the idea to start a ghost kitchen, la Bomba. Where I partnered up with my favorite pizza place, Village Square Pizza, to help them as well as to donate proceeds to NYC restaurants that could use a little help.
