One day after his inauguration, Governor Ron DeSantis has made the first of his three picks for the Florida Supreme Court and nominated Judge Barbara Lagoa.

She is now the front runner per Washington Post.
She received an 80-15 vote for Court of Appeals.
ACB only got at 55-43 vote and 11-9 on Party Line to get out of committee.
Clearly Lagoa would have an easier time getting nominated.
Of course she would help Trump with Hispanic vote in key states of FL, NV, AZ and CO.
She would help with the suburban women's vote.
