The meat was shredded and looked like it had been slow-cooked to perfection. The pureed celery root was delicious, and even the brussels sprouts looked so good. I'm usually not a fan of them at all. So far, you've chosen some really good meals, Zeek. You haven't been disappointed in any of them yet.
