thanks for these tips im gonna use them on myself. but i want to ask you this: when you give yourself artifical deadlines you maybe struggle so much to do the task ( for example i have to stay awake till morning in deadlines ). you still pushing to finish the task even you have to stay awake till morning or work exept for your basic needs . in that stiutations you still do the task ? like how can you make yourself to believe and not giving up its so hard to me actually :(
