I worked for a hood cleaning company for 5 years . 3 of us went with the owner to the annual Ikeca meeting in Wisconsin that year . At night 2 of us went and partied in downtown Wisconsin. Who knew they partied that hard there . A little hung over for the meeting the next day.

You guys need an adjustable wand, Tighter hang as well but this one seemed to work fine. Also should be covering equipment behind you with plastic before spraying chemical.

You never ever spray pressure directly onto the fusible links. Talk about a law suit if one fails

I’ve been working in the food industry for too damn long. I’ve had to clean some of these systems in-house but never considered that it could be a business. Now that I see your video it makes me think of other career options or at least a side hustle. Do you have any add-ons or additional services that you offer your clients? Thank you for posting.

I hope your company is insured always take before and after pictures shouldn't be so cheap on plastic I've work for GMGB out of Vermont we ALWAYS MOVE everything and cover everything the grease cleaning chemical that we use will eat a 8oz stake in 15min and a good that size should not take so many people to clean 15+ years of business just shooting some constructive criticism at ya. And by what I mean so many people myself and my boss can clean 4-6 hoods a night within 12 hours
