I loved when she said we have to love ourself in order to love our neighbors. If we don’t love ourselves and treat ourselves horrible then that’s how we treat others and allow others to treat us.

I had to learn my value and I am still learning. Once you know, you can then love others correctly and show others. I am also trying to learn how to heal from the past to be able to move forward and stop dwelling on the past. Love this episode. ❤
