I use two magnetic locks for a shared toilet with two saperate doors, each door is fitted with a magnetic lock and both locks are connected to a 12 v regulator with a switch placed to be seen easily when entering the toilet. Any early user entering the toilet, immediately press the switch to on and both doors are locked. When finished, switch to off and both doors will unlock. This aims to avoid problems that always occur when the door is left locked from inside the toilet by the first user. Magnetic lock is a passive device and save to use, it works when there is a voltage supply, if there is no supply, the magnet does not operate and the door is open.

Very good video. the only issue is that you are using cat5e or cat6 for the power into the mag lock, and you are banding 2 wires together for each port. industry standard for a mag lock 12/24 volt should use 18/2 stranded cable. you do not want to split your power going down 2 wires for the same port. cat5e or cat6 is not supported anywhere in the industry for use as power to any mag or strike.
