Hello there I need some help I have the same power supply and mag lock that's in the video I'm installation it on my gate the drive way is about 100 feet long from the house when ever I try to ring the door bell from the gate it doesn't ring and the mag locking force is weak the wire am using is CAT 5 and the power supply is in the living 5AMP power supply am using!

well its a good video not gonna lie,
BUT !!!!
There's just more to it than just connecting wires. !!!
First you need to know the city Codes for installing Access Controls on Commercial Spaces !!! Super Important !!
specially if the building its tied in to a Fire Panel you need a relay for fail safe emergency exit !!!
Second If its Glass doors for installation is a total different Ballgame !!! its very tedious and and you need more than basic tools...
Third you failed to mention the Cable needed for this type of job ! which is called composite Cable !!
I can go on and on and on !!!
I mean ill give it a 6 out of 10 !!
