DIY Arduino Meat Thermometer

*ESP32, not actually an Arduino.

- Uses a 16-bit ADS1115 ADC with hand balanced resistors for ultimate precision. None of this 1 degree nonsense, now you will know 0.1 degrees.

- Attempts to predict ETA to let you know when your meat will be done, with Windows 98 File Copy Dialog levels of accuracy.

- Has a web interface that does NOT require an app! Just browse to it in your web browser, and it instantly displays all temperatures, ETA, and a nice graph.

- Can calibrate new/bad probes! Plug in a DS18B20 digital waterproof temperature probe into the port on the rear, tie it to a probe, and drop in a glass of boiling water. As it slowly cools, you can obtain the three measurement points at 75, 50 and 25C to derive the Steinhart-Hart equation for the perfect temperature measurement across all temperatures, no matter what probe you use. Buy the cheapest ones and calibrate them!

- Can play a pretty tune!

- Supports up to TWO probes!

Do you have any "how to" videos or parts lists? This is kinda what I need with just a bit more coding to allow for Arduino Cloud connection.
