Arduino Meat Probe

I use a standard meat probe and wire it to my Arduino Uno, in an attempt to build a remote wifi temp sensor.

Can you include a schematic, I'm using a similar code myself but the readings are all over the place, my hope is to be able to use it on my Green Egg
