How did you attach the subfloor to the trailer?
Only nails holding the walls down to the floor? No bolts? It’s a structure that’s supposed to travel.

Excellent video and your skills with waterproofing are really great. I've seen homeowners argue with roofers and especially with vinyl siding installers about how to waterproof around doors and windows. I haven't seen the peel and stick material on the job before. I've read about it and it was really great to see it being used. Again great video.

Omgosh 😮, this man (all by himself) … amazing 🤩. Someone should be so lucky to have such a skilled man in their lives. I may call on him when I build my Tiny home 🙏🏻 , he’s awesome 👏. Why the purple foam instead of the spray foam? Cheaper?

Flex Wrap for the bottoms of your openings would save you a ton of time. This is a great video though
