I’ve been putting on my problem areas every day. After my bath, helping very much, I just rub it in and get dressed. Never had any staining. Feels great, helps with burritis ( wrong spelling) of hips, pelvic hip pain, lump on my leg from bug bite treated at hospital but never went away lots of swelling. Now swelling is less, feels like my ankle again. Knee was hurting, so started there too, it works believe me. No packs, just put on after bath each day. Amazing benefits, please try for month.

I've found just rubbing the oil into the skin, letting it soak... and if you want to get fancy cover with a water-repellent moisturizer, then just laying in a hot tub seems to have the same effect with less mess and equipment. And you get to multi-task and wash at the same time.

Hi, been using almost 2 months, am able to feel less pain and added a heating pad later in day, with oil rubbed on under my clothes . Amazing, relaxing area. Not healed as yet but so much better, less pain. I have a lumber very badly curved spine to left, trying with this and heat. Can’t stand too long. Looking for answers. But burritis on hip and pelvis… amazingly less pain. Able to sleep. And walk. Thank you my dear.

you mentioned using flannel for the cloth on the stomach. Does it have to be flannel or will any type of cloth work?

I read to absolutely not use plastic but to use wax paper or another towel instead. Plastic just seems like a bad idea

I’ve been using castor oil packs since the 60’s. You rub baking soda on your skin while you’re standing in the shower, before you turn the water on. This will remove the oil! 😉
