What a cool video. I love watching shows like Wartime Farm and Victorian Farm, they give a look at what growing was like in the UK. It is done on a real farm called the Acton Estate. Thanks for sharing everyone 👍, have a fab week, Ali 🌞🥵🇨🇦

Respecting the old stories and keeping them alive I can’t think of any other allotment channels that have done it so well. What a brilliant video and thank you for sharing it so creatively 👍👍👍

That was fantastic!! Loved the stories and the Ariel view of your allotment site. It's a good feeling to know the allotment growers of the past. I appreciate my Grandad for my passion for growing. He had a plot at the back of his house in north London, and my memories I cherish the most were of his allotment 😊 Thank you for the trip down memory lane ❤

In France we don’t have as many allotments as you do in England. I’m lucky to have a garden and I love watching videos of how people care for their allotments. It’s so inspiring. But sometimes it seems that the rules are so strict ! I watched a video where the person had to have a crop within the three following months of getting his allotment…I wonder how you manage to do that if you get your allotment in December !

Unfortunately, the plots where we are in Spain have become overflowing with people from other countries and customs, who come only to party and drink a lot of alcohol, with what that entails, shouting, urine, fights, garbage dumps... and there are very few of us locals who plant our own vegetables. Here there is not so much culture of self-management of food because there is a lot of variety in the markets that is very cheap and people do not feel like working for something that they get easily. What a shame.😥
