BC man installs super-sized 'doggy door' for local bear 🐻

A man from North Vancouver, B.C., has installed a super-sized doggy door in his yard's fence after a local black bear repeatedly smashed a huge hole through it. He says the door is big enough for the bear and heavy enough to keep out other wildlife.

My GDad was tired of scooting Raccoons out of his attic so he built a mini house for them about 8 ft off the ground in a hedgerow. He made a ladder which he covered in Ivy. The doorway was at the bottom to minimize cold wind. We would occasionally hear fights and a raccoon zooming ( or falling) out of the trapdoor!
