Thats not evil. As long as she’s not getting rid of them completely then its fine. Putting things in the back of our mind is something people do all the time and its a very useful skill. If something is stressing you or bothering you and its not important in the moment, not relevant, or obstructing you from focusing on more urgent tasks- then its important to recognize that and put those thoughts on the back burner.

It’s not evil. She’s getting rid of those memories so Riley doesn’t have to think about them to stress her out. But at the end, she dose realize that she needs to let Riley to be herself.
