Hey hi Audrey! Do I need to have patient care experience in dermatology before getting into Physician Assistant program ? or this does not really make a difference for getting a job in dermatology once I graduate ?

Hi Audrey! Really helpful information thank you so much! I’m currently in PA school in my dermatology rotation and I absolutely LOVE it but I’m really nervous that I’m not utilizing my rotation to the fullest extent. My preceptor is great but she expects me to know a lot of the information already and so she isn’t training me as much as I’d like. Do you have any tips or resources that’s good for learning more about dermatology material?
