The method you used to find the seasonality index suggested you were using the Ratio to Moving Average method but your indices are, in that case, both wrong and you didn't normalise them. When moving from the matrix layout of your data to the long table, you could have used Power Query to unpivot the data: a very good technique to have demonstrated here. In your much larger, second, example, you used FORECAST.LINEAR() when it was clearly wholly inappropriate to do so and when you used the Forecast Sheet on those data, you missed the opportunity to check on the seasonality values available to you that could have returned a creditable result: messing with the confidence interval added no value to your result.
