When I first heard this in the ads I remember dreaming up twin children of Maleficent
The Royal who embraces her mother's legacy and practice curse and transformation magics every day even if in secret
And the Rebel who rejects her mother's legacy and practices charms location and enchanting magics everyday again even if has to be done in secret
Also the Rebel has a worse records then the Royal because the Royal keeps framing her for things she did which makes the nicer of the 2 have a hard time with friends too because they think she's as bad as her sister except for the few that know better
