There must be more compelling ways to “ground” oneself than simply labelling emotions etc.. I know how I feel, that doesn’t really do much for me unfortunately…. Any other suggestions doc?

This is getting repetitive while staying superficial. Can you go into more detail on specific measurable practices to do every day, regardless of our mood, to make it a habit before the stressful event even begins?

Also I would like more guidance on diet. You know we all struggle with sugar and convenience food for a reason but I have yet to find healthy lunches that are appetising and simple enough for me to make.
