A Conditional Column in Power Query is a great way to implement a logic that is a row-by-row basis. On the Add Column tab in the ribbon, there is a button named Conditional Column. When clicked this button will create a new column that conditionally adds the values in a currently selected column. A conditional column is akin to the IF function in Excel.
