This is my favourite from Low Roar. What a feeling it has and Ryan's vocals are so haunting. He will be very missed.

Looking up the license plate in the video, it is Californian and was created in 1986. Cadilllac is the make and the model is DeVille. Furthermore, at the end we see a final shot of the two motel doors, where we are showed that the door next to theirs was "2 0" maybe showing how many sacrifices are made.

The man and woman who went into the bathroom were fast asleep (with her leaning on him) during the entire car ride to the motel, whereas the guy that drew the short straw was wide awake and faced away from them-disconnected. Kojima said this is a game about connections. Also, with Ryan as the driver he seems to almost be in control-or at least know what's going on in the room and who drew what straw-as evidenced by his knowing smiles once things get weird. Is he supposed to be a representation of Kojima? Another traveler from Room 0 who has ascended to the role of driver? The man who drew the longest straw and went first seemed to be more engulfed by the Black Oil than the woman. The man also seemed to be screaming whereas the woman seemed to be in state of bliss. The mirror in PT conspicuously was unable to show your reflection, whereas both the man and woman first look at themselves in the mirror before turning around to look at the devices ("Look behind you. I said, look behind you!"). The TV in the room doesn't work until the first man gets teleported. After the woman gets teleported, ALL the electricty in the room goes haywire, culminating in the room glitching out (just like PT) when the man who drew the short straw tries to bypass the system and enter the bathroom unauthorized. Was this man inherently unfit for...whatever the hell is happening? Was he predetermined to draw the short straw? Once he leaves is he able to return to the room and try again?
