MAKING A TVR SAGARIS BODY

In this video we see the FLC team make a front & rear end for a TVR Sagaris which will be fitted to a TVR Cerebra in a later video

It tock the team 4 weeks to make the panels which has been time lapsed into 8 minute video

the body shell has been made from fiberglass to a a thickness of 6mm

method used

1 coat of Gell coat
1 layer of 150 grade fiberglass
2 layers of 300 grade fiberglass
2 layers of 600 grade fiberglass
2 layers of 300 grade woven fiberglass
50lts of resin

Do you guys make the OEM sagaris molds? Or only custom stuff? I’m trying to get a full sagaris body over here in the states but anything I see for sale for these cars is either full cars, or just individual bits and pieces

I wanted to try this process out but I don't have access to the proper wax that should be used what else can you recommend I use that will have the same results, great video this series looks very promising.
