The only video on youtube where a Sagaris and a Tuscan are being properly driven. Literally, the only one...

The music, if you're interested, is Kasabian - Club Foot.

It's too bad TVR's aren't still around, they had some of the best and most unique designs of any brand.  It's too bad they were so unreliable.  Hopefully they will make a comeback and continue building light and crazy cars, but maybe with a more established engine manufacturer.

Very impressed by those two. The cars were good as well.

So were thes the last LARGE straight sixes in automotive history? Nothing beats the sound of a of these, to my ears anyway.

While the closet i've come to driving a TVR is in the Gran Turismo series, where the cars often feature heavily, often excelling in certain roles, most recently i bought a TVR Tamora specifically because it was one of the best cars to use for a particular series.

I've first noticed many cars or brands while playing games in the GT series and it was while playing GT1 or 2 that i first noticed TVR as it had a particular event or challenge where you had to drive a Griffith.

It was also while played the GT series that made me really want a Mazda 6, and i bought a first and second generation model as my second and third cars :) .

Though i can't really afford a third generation 6, right now, i'll get one as soon as i can, it's also a pity that GT6 in general didn't have a massive amount of new cars or other content over GT5 (while it is a good game, it's more like GT5.5 than GT6 :_ ), specifically i was rather disappointed it also doesn't have the new 6 in it, so i could at least have a digital one :) .
(My first car was a Ford Focus saloon, which it's also a pity a GT game has never featured, though it has had several hatchback versions of the car :) .)

The Tuscan does relatively look more discreet than the Sagaris, but I'd still take the Sagaris.

Every bit of engine-grear-suspension is good but it needs a role bar & metal body Pannals

Tuscans were always overrated. They were an absolute handful to drive, particularly in the wet. Tamoras were far better, a pity they didn't look as good. When you were in one it literally felt 2/3rds the weight of a Tuscan. Never drove a Sagaris though, couldn't afford one! The 20 grand plus price rise was when they lost me as a customer, and almost everyone else too.

I wonder how Vicki would like being behind the wheel of the most modern Dodge Viper ACR?

TVR were always engines on floppy chassis' with cheap fibreglass bodies and very very poor build quality. Simply put, crap cars with light bodies and horsepower with amazing exhaust notes. They were always the brand to be brave and stand out with their looks but that was never enough. They were too complacent in their market. A Russian with £20 million was never going to save them.
