This video is SO TRUE! and SO IMPORTANT ! I, independently, figured this out thirty-some years ago. And, ever since then I've enjoyed a happy fulfilled life. Learn to NOT internalize outside negative thoughts or actions. Develop mental tools to guard against Aggressive/Insensitive people or activities. I have 3 close friends that are all narcissists and that was draining my energy...

I spend more time home - alone...

My concern after watching this video is not running out of energy but bringing home negative energy, very often strangers only need to hear me saying “hi” to tell me the tragic story of their lives. It’s something that drains me and I need to take a shower and close my eyes for a few minutes to feel better. I usually feel like I need to take a nap halfway through the day.

who's here after noticing that you feel energetically drained sitting down in class ( or any environment you're in with many people ) with the lingering feeling that you cannot align to anybody, and need to call things and people that DO align with you but right now you must learn how to protect your energy as soon as possible because sometimes or most of the time you may be too tired to be in tune with your authenticity ?

I hope to be seeing more of nature soon! I am not locking myself away ! I know some think I am! I have had to set more boundaries recently and some don’t get it or think I have changed? I just am not taking any nonsense! I don’t like conflict, but I have had to draw the line with certain things and even hold back talking about ideas etc etc … Some people you have to just hold back and not give away too much, this way I prevent myself from being put down from “ney sayers !”and drama! I’m tolerant to a point and then l have to say “ no!” Learning to do that without guilt !
