Prof. Farnsworth talks about the Socratic Method and The practicing Stoic
Ward Farnsworth is Professor of Law and holder of the W. Page Keeton Chair at the University of Texas at Austin. He served as Dean of the School of Law from 2012-22. He has served as a law clerk to Anthony M. Kennedy of the United States Supreme Court and worked as a Legal Adviser to the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal in the Hague. He is the author of a number of books including The Practicing Stoic, The Socratic Method and a series Classical English Rhetoric, Classical English Metaphor, Classical English Style as well as some books on chess.
